“I used Apoxie Sculpt to create the master for several pieces for Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville!”

I’m an Orlando, Florida based artist who has been using Apoxie Sculpt since 2004. I discovered your product in the Wasco Taxidermy catalog and decided to give it a try for my bas relief sculptures. I absolutely fell in love with this self hardening material, it adhered perfectly to the wood panel base ( I use 1/2 inch thick maple plywood), sanded beautifully and acrylic paint then a sealer finish works great! My work is mostly wildlife and tropical scenes and I’ve used Apoxie Sculpt to create the master for several pieces for Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, I worked for them for 20 years, designing giftware merchandise from T Shirt art to 3-D parrot and shark sculptures and few tavern signs.

I have an Etsy page, @NancyBlauersArt where I sell originals and prints of my work and I’m also available for commissions.

I’m considering doing Apoxie Sculpt classes and workshops at my home studio in Geneva for anyone interested in creating with this amazing product!

Cheers!
