In this class by artist Katherine England, we master the use of FIXIT as an adhesive for fine mosaicking. Using seed beads we great a tapestry of color that results in a ‘Sugar Skull’ to celebrate Day of the Dead. This in person class is on October 14th.
“I had these metal substrates specially made for this class. I have exactly 12-Day of the Dead skull forms and several Hearts. They are the perfect substrate to learn this technique on. They will be a lovely addition to anyone’s art collection. 9:30-5:30ish. Class is $150 and includes a substrate, beads, ephemera and adhesive. Extra substrates are $45
For students traveling here long distance I have a nearby friend who rents a room for $75/night. She is delightful.”
